IPv6 only connection test failure

Looks like the connection test fails if you're connecting via IPv6 only. (no IPv4 address configured).

When both protocols are available, your browser uses
IPv6
Your internet connection is not IPv6 capable
N/A
unable to contact IPv6 test server
Your internet connection is not IPv4 capable
N/A
unable to contact IPv4 test server

Works fine showing IPv6 is working when IPv4 is enabled. Also, seems to show that I have no connection to the internet in this state (since my connection is not ipv6 OR ipv4 capable).

I have my connection test successful via ipv4 only, not the ipv6.
